Liz Graduated in 2007 from Texas Tech University with a Masters in Jewelry/Metalsmithing with secondary emphasis in sculpture and a minor in Art History. Upon graduating Liz moved Back to Pinetop where she was assistant manager and jeweler at Diamond Creek Jewelry. During this time she met her husband Povilas Simkauskas a Lithuanian immigrant. In 2009 the were married and have been blessed with three wonderful children Alexander, Maximus and Phoenix, who currently attend Cross of Glory School. In 2012 the Simkauskas Family visited Cross of Glory with the hope of finding a Church and School family, they were pleased with the warm welcome and decided to join Cross of Glory.
The Simkauskas Family is fun loving and ready for whatever adventure lies ahead. They have a love for the outdoors, present hobbies include off-roading in their FJ Cruiser, hiking, fishing and golfing. The boys love soccer and are currently training to become ninja warriors.
