I am married to Andrew Aguilar, our school principal. We have five children who are in various stages in life and in a few different states. I love spending time with our family! My parents live in Glendale, and my brother and his family live on the south end of Peoria.
I’ve always been an avid reader, and I wish for that to rub off on my students. Reading and writing remain as the most important skills for student success. So my classroom involves multiple daily opportunities to develop reading strategies in all subject areas.
I have experience in teaching Kindergarten through 4th grade at five schools over the past 25 years. I look forward to meeting you and welcoming your child into the classroom.
